ABOUT THE CLOUD BREAKER MOLD
The Cloud Breaker is a very fast distance driver with high glide and dependable fade. It's aimed for advanced & pro-level players, as it takes a good bit of power to get it to fly as the flight numbers propose. This does vary a bit from run to run, however, as certain iterations of the Cloud Breaker are more overstable than others, while others pack a bit more glide and/or high speed turn. This allows almost all players with a decent arm speed to elevate their game with the #1 distance driver of the pro's.
Born out of the legacy of our popular Eagle McMahon Cloud Breaker Signature Series, the Cloud Breaker became it's own mold, separate from the DD3, in 2022. Both the Cloud Breaker and the DD3 come with the same set of flight numbers, but there are subtle differences in the physical aspects of the two molds.
Cloud Breakers are almost without exception offered as Gannon Buhr Signature Series products with limited availability. The limited supply coupled with the high desirability of the Cloud Breaker products has made the "CB" a staple in the collector market with certain discs fetching very high sums in the aftermarket. Our aim with products like these is not to undercut the demand, but on the other hand the Cloud Breaker releases are designed to be seasonal, meaning one shouldn't expect them to be available continuously. If you see a Cloud Breaker in stock, it's almost always wise to seize the opportunity!
