When the time came to design his next disc, Ken Climo knew exactly what he wanted. His vision for the 6th mold in the Climo Disc Golf lineup was simple. He was looking for the following:
- A slightly faster mid range to pair with the Belleair
- Torque resistant, but not too overstable
- Excellent glide
- A slight dome
This 6-speed midrange is exactly what The Champ envisioned. Named as a nod to the beautiful Florida Coast of Climo's hometown, the Coast is the perfect name for this glide filled midrange.
The Coast is a midrange that perfectly bridges the gap between the speed 5 Belleair and speed 7 Streak. It doesn't take a lot of power to get the Coast coasting down the fairway.
